Shipping Policy
At Clean Cream, every jar is hand-poured with care. Because we make our products in small batches to preserve their integrity and freshness, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. only):
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our hands. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Orders over $75 ship free.
Summer Note:
As our creams are made without synthetic stabilizers, they may soften in warmer months. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.
Local Pickup:
Available in Orange County, California. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll reach out via email to arrange details.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, it’s out of ours. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll do our best to help track it down. Please email us at [your contact email].
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of our skincare, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s a concern with your product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery—we’ll make it right.
