Refund policy
60-Day Clean Cream Satisfaction Guarantee
We want your first Clean Cream experience to feel low-risk. If you are not satisfied with an eligible Clean Cream skincare product, contact us at info@onlycleancream.com within 60 days of delivery.
- The guarantee applies to a customer's first order placed directly through onlycleancream.com.
- It is limited to one satisfaction-guarantee claim per customer or household and one unit of each eligible product.
- An approved refund covers the eligible product purchase price and applicable sales tax. Original shipping, expedited shipping, and return-shipping costs are not refundable.
- The first shipment of a new subscription can qualify, but subscription renewal orders do not. Gift cards, wholesale orders, and purchases made through third parties are not eligible.
- Please include your order number and a brief explanation when contacting us. Claims involving misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud are not covered.
For hygiene and safety, please do not return an opened personal-care product unless we specifically ask you to do so. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
30-Day Returns for Unopened Items
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email info@onlycleancream.com with your order number. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Return-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Gift cards and custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Opened personal-care products are not eligible for a physical return, but an eligible first purchase may still qualify for the 60-Day Clean Cream Satisfaction Guarantee described above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days as required by applicable law. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Refund Processing
We will notify you when a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact info@onlycleancream.com.
